Her project, “Contaminated Sharp Injury Among Anesthesia Residents,” was selected as a poster at the 2nd Annual GME (Graduate Medical Education) Quality and Safety Symposium on September 4, 2019, at the University Club.
On May 9, 2019, the Light of Life Rescue Mission, an organization providing teaching, counseling, mentorship, shelter, food, and help for people in need in Pittsburgh, shared their stories and experiences regarding fighting opioid addiction in the Pittsburgh area as part of an annual lecture.
This scholarship was established to recognize outstanding 2nd-4th year anesthesiology residents who demonstrate aptitude and portray interest in leadership and practice management.
