We express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the outgoing Program Director, Patricia Dalby, MD, who has demonstrated an exemplary commitment to the program throughout her tenure. Dr. Dalby's personal investment in training the next generation of anesthesiology leaders has been key to the success of the OB Anesthesiology Fellowship and its graduates.
Methodically transitioning this role from Dr. Dalby to Dr. Smith will ensure the continued success and stability of the program. Dr. Dalby will remain actively engaged as the Associate Program Director, providing continuity and support to ensure a smooth leadership transition for Dr. Smith.
Thank you to Drs. Smith and Dalby for their continued commitment to the academic development of our fellows.
