Upon submission of a fellowship application, fellows will be selected by a review committee on the basis of letters of reference and an interview.
Application documentation required:
- Completed application submitted through the San Francisco Match
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation (one must be from Residency Program Director)
- MSPE/Dean’s Letter
- Medical school transcript
- CV
- Exam scores (USMLE Steps 1,2,3 or equivalent)
- ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
- Must be a graduate of an ACGME-accredited residency program
