Drs. Sakai and Subramaniam were invited to serve as Associate Editors of Clinical Transplantation: The Journal of Clinical and Translational Research. Additionally, Dr. Subramaniam will join the editorial board of Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia.

Drs. Jonah Abraham, Phil Carullo, Maciej Z. Klosowski, Sean McDermott, and Kevin Pardo passed the basic transesophageal echocardiography exam conducted by the National Board of Echocardiography.
Allison Lewis and Bill Pileggi Recognized in Pittsburgh Magazine
They were honored for excellence in nursing in 2020 in the advanced practitioner category. Allison was featured as an Excellence in Nursing honoree and Bill received an honorable mention.

Kate worked most recently on the Shadyside Ambulatory Surgery Center before her retirement in 2015.
