Congratulations to Monique Cheng, MD, and Michael Massey, MD, for being selected for the Pitt-UPMC Senior Resident and Fellow Leadership Academy 2023 cohort. The academy is a year-long comprehensive approach to physician leadership development with multiple interventions to address the development needs of physician leaders. This program is led by Dr. Joseph Losee (Plastic Surgery), Drs. Gregory Bump and Sarah Merriam (General Internal Medicine), and Martina Bison-Huckaby (UPMC Physician Learning and Development), in connection with many other physician leaders across the system.
