Congratulations to our PGY-2 resident Jingyuan (Jenny) Biaesch, DO, who won the Best Abstract Presentation Award at the Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists (PSA) annual meeting held at Union League Liberty Hill on March 3-5, 2023. She won the award for her poster “Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Changes Predict Post-Operative Delirium in Patients Undergoing Major Cardiac Surgery,” which she coauthored with Drs. Senthilkumar Sadhasivam, Kathirvel Subramaniam, and Keith Vogt and Pooja Sree Tallapaneni from our department; Drs. Parthasarathy Thirumala and Vamsi Krishna Gorijala and Omar Al Ta'ani and Abdullah Al Qudah from Pitt Neurosurgery; Dr. Neelesh Nadkarni (Pitt Geriatrics Division), and Victoria Kiselevskaya (Pitt Otolaryngology).
