Dr. Andrea Ibarra Selected as Pitt Race and Social Determinants of Equity, Health, and Well-Being Scholar

Congratulations to Andrea Ibarra, MD, MS, who was selected as one of 25 faculty members from departments and schools across the University of Pittsburgh as a Race and Social Determinants of Equity, Health and Well-Being Scholar. She is among the inaugural cohort of 25 for the University’s Race and Social Determinants of Equity, Health, and Well-Being Cluster Hire and Retention Initiative based on her research and experience. Dr. Ibarra will present a lecture on “The Effect of Preeclampsia on Cognitive Function” at the Pitt Center for Race & Social Problems, Cathedral of Learning, 20th floor, on Thursday, March 31, 2022, 12-1pm. Lunch will be served “to go” and masks are required. A zoom link will also be sent for those who want to attend virtually.
