It is with great pleasure that we announce the results of our 2021 residency match. It was another extremely strong year for our match, with four University of Pittsburgh medical students and a vast majority of incoming residents from our top 45 candidates choosing to match with us. Thanks to our Resident Selection Committee Chair Dr. Lindsay Stollings, our Residency Associate Program Directors Drs. Elizabeth Ungerman and Phillip Adams, who interviewed almost every candidate, and the entire Education Office staff (Shana Heald, Cynthia Kral, Barb Chismar, Susan Shelton, Angela Schultz, and Ann Martin) for all of their help with the interview process. Also, a special thanks to our residents for their active participation in this process and our faculty who work with and teach our residents every day and make us one of the top residency programs in the country!
