The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Annual Meeting is a major department event, with an impressive number of medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty members presenting every year. The 2017 meeting will be held October 21-25 in Boston, MA. Department members will deliver 49 presentations. Additionally, 23 faculty members, one resident, two fellows, and two recent alumni will serve on ASA and ASA-related committees.
The department’s yearly alumni reception is scheduled for Sunday, October 22nd from 6-9 pm at the Seaport Ballroom, Seaport Hotel & Seaport World Trade Center. Invitations have been sent to all alumni; we ask that all invitees please RSVP to AnesEducation@upmc.edu by October 13, 2017.
