On Tuesday, June 13, the UPMC Presbyterian-Shadyside Diversity Mentorship Program was launched. Together with Danielle Robinson (Presbyterian Nursing), David A. Snyder, MSN, CRNA from UPMC Shadyside is leading the program, which targets emerging leaders among employees of color from the Presbyterian and Shadyside hospitals. The program is dedicated to empowering employees of color through a one-on-one mentorship program that will foster positive relationships in which mentors empower mentees and accelerate the mentees' personal and professional development.
