Julianna Watenpool, CRNA has been chosen to receive the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC (CHP) Patient Safety Award. Julianna was recognized for developing an MRI Safety Checklist for her anesthesiology colleagues working in MRI. “Your commitment and dedication to your patients and families clearly demonstrate our core values of Quality and Safety, Dignity and Respect, Excellence and Innovation, Responsibility and Integrity, and Caring and Listening” read a letter from Diane S. Hupp, CHP Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Operations and Patient Care Services. CHP’s Patient Safety Award is usually only given twice per year. Congratulations, Julianna!
